G. Bush’s War of Terror!

One could suppose that the war, the real war, began in November of 2000. American democracy and the very foundation of the American political process gave way under the weight of political corruption and the sheer apathy of the American people.
The U.S. Supreme Court capitulated to party politics and tossed our Constitution in the dumper. The U.S. Congress acted with treason aforethought and stuck their cowardly heads in the politically corrupt waters of the Potomac. By all rights, the congress-creepers should have drowned. Sadly, our congress-creepers learned a long time ago how to breath sewer water.
September 11, 2001 was simply the contrived spark that ignited the fires of tyranny. “Be afraid� was the rabble’s chant and America was launched on a cruise to fascist hell. America’s captain behind the ‘clown commander-in-cheese’, was “in control� from deep inside some secret bunker and that as some are wont to say, was that. The “war on Iraq� was well into planned operational go long before the fires of “ground zero� had even cooled. Usama bin Ladin was the convenient scapegoat. It was readily forgotten that ‘al-Qaeda’ was an abominable creation by America’s C.I.A.. How quickly America forgot that the “Rooskies� got their heads handed to them by a C.I.A. funded “mujahadeen� in Afghanistan. Maybe it was all a quirky synchronistic coincidence. Yeah, maybe. How quickly those ungrateful “freedom fighters� will turn on their keepers.
Shock and awe was a visually stunning display of American airpower and Iraq lay in ruins. The evil “al-Qaeda� evil-doers were summarily rounded up along with several thousand innocents and torture became the order of the day. Rendition, detention, water-boarding, and wholesale inhumanity ruled the dogs of war and how they behaved. “America does not torture� came from the split lips of G. Bush and it was incredulous deception then and worse than that to this very day. America, the land of torturing madmen and warmongering for simple profit are us.
America’s Congress jumped blindly on the Bush War of Terror. The entire American judicial process was hamstrung and there was celebration in the streets of America. To think that Americans could celebrate the gutting of our Constitution and the crumbling of America’s noble foundations. Yup, what we have here is the blind leading the amazingly stupid. Or just stupidly apathetic. Why should any American care about what our government does in violation of just about every treaty our nation has honorably entered into. America has those ridiculous ‘Ten Commandments’ and that’s supposed to mean something. It merely highlights in bold perspective, the rank hypocrisy America finds itself stuck in at present. Maybe that should read ‘quagmired’.
The hostages in Iraq know full well the horror of G. Bush’s War of Terror. The Iraqi people are hostage to America’s insane plunge into fascism. Bush fascism. Bush fascism ala Shotgun Dick Cheney. The people of Afghanistan know full well the horror of Bush’s War of Terror. It could easily be conjectured that Afghanistan’s Taliban might appear preferable to anything that Bush, NATO, and the apathetic American people may rain on the Afghans. The Afghans live the raining horror everyday. As do the Iraqis and every indication would suggest that Iran is next up for the reign of G. Bush’s War of Terror.
We are trapped in the demented psychosis of G. Bush. Bush’s dementia is our living nightmare and there’s not much ‘we the people’ can do about our current hell. Congress refuses to act and where could the American people turn for a “redress of grievances?� Congress is closed to regular Americans and listens only to the special interest monied corporate elite. Well, Congress does listen to the Israelis. That’s as appalling as it is treasonous. If that sounds anti-Semitic well, isn’t that just too freaking bad. Israel has entirely too many willing congressmen/women in the U.S. Congress and America’s Executive Branch that are eager to sell out ‘we the people’ for a band of Palestinian butchering lunatics. Ehud Olmert and Beni Netanyahu pop up at the very top of that “lunatic� list.
So as G. Bush’s War of Terror turns from a diminishing crop of potential Muslim victims and casts a murderous eye on the American people cringing in the Homeland, hold on to your butts kids. Bush’s War of Terror will ravage our countryside as readily as it’s ravaged the Middle East and central Asia. There’s loads of money to be profiteered from a War of Terror and we can all ask Sen. Dianne Feinstein. You know, the war profiteer from the Great State of California. Ah sunny California where a ‘Terminator’ is governor and war is the growth industry for a profitable future. Pending a prospectus that we have a future.
Isn’t it just more than curious that the U.S. Forest Service has recently purchased 700 brand spanking new ‘Tazers’ from a company in Arizona that specializes in implements of horrific torture and comprehensively new levels of human suffering. And these implements hardly leave a mark that can be recognized by a forensic medical examiner. Yikes! See the article on CNNMoney.com titled, ‘United States Forest Service Purchases 700 Taser X26 Electronic Control Devices’. It’s a shocking read.
Yeah kids, we’re in for a rough ride through G. Bush’s War of Terror and it’s only just begun.
