Dear Board Member,

I beseech the State Parole Board to grant death row prisoner Troy Davis clemency and thereby avoid a gross miscarriage of justice taking place in the State of Georgia. Troy‚s case may appear for your review in the imminent future, and your ruling on his case is the last chance to have the alarming shadow of doubt

that lingers over his death sentence addressed.

Troy Anthony Davis has been widely profiled for the probability of innocence. He is scheduled to be executed Tuesday. A clemency hearing is set for Monday morning, before the GA Board of Pardons and Paroles. Stay litigation remains ongoing. Look for another blog to update this as developments proceed.
