Earlier this month the scuttlebutt in the emergency workers' circles was that, at some Federal level, there was, in the formative stage, an exercise in disaster training in response to a 'nuclear event.' This exercise, since it's on the Federal level, may very well occur simultaneously in several locations around the nation. Looks like it might be a HOT Summer indeed.
